His boss asked him to remove any mention of climate change from his notes.

His boss asked him to remove any mention of climate change from his notes. He said no. Now he's suspended without pay and must complete a mental health review. It's official: the inmates are running the asylum in Florida.

Wow.

  1. While all of those things did happen, currently, 97% (a polite way of saying pretty much all) of the world's scientists agree on the basics of what climate change is, its causes and possible outcomes. We can both understand certain aspects of history and still have current models for what is happening now. They aren't opposed to each other.

  2. Luke Johnstone Do you believe that climate scientists are unaware of those phenomena and have ignored it in their calculations? I mean, it seems like you'd have to in order to use those phenomena to justify not believing scientists' predictions. So, in essence, you're saying that you know more about climate science than actual, terminally degreed, climate research scientists who've spent their entire professional careers researching this issue. Are you sure you want to claim that? Really?

  3. Luke Johnstone The employee wrote in his notes that Climate Change was discussed. That fits your statement. "Well there is also fair amounts of evidence that suggest the earth goes through greenhouse ages and ice age, "
    Does it not?
    He didn't say, "Man-made Climate Change" .
The alarming thing is that the government suspended, and ordered a psych evaluation on a government employee because he accurately noted that something was discussed at a meeting and refused to censor it..
    Doesn't that bother you?
