#Soylent update: Tossing in a handful of blackberries and blueberries makes for a very colorful meal, but it's not as effective as using a banana for improving the taste. Plain Soylent = meh. Soylent with berries = not bad. Soylent with banana = yum.

  1. Yes, but mostly from those who are still closely related to chimps. Which is why it goes so well with banana. Maybe Craig should try adding figs?

  2. I don't think apples would work very well. Apples don't have a really strong flavor and their texture doesn't lend to being mixed with the Soylent...I think it'd be weird contrast in tastes and mouth feels.

  4. Are you really using soy protein???
Rice and Whey would work, and might mix better.

  8. You realize that adding banana adds real food to the mix, defeating the purpose of a simple ready to quaff meal replacement?

  9. Darrin C I don't drink the old powder anymore. Soylent 2.0 is enjoyable and convenient, so that's what I rely on now. The Cacao flavor is delish.
