I was going to try and quote something from the article that was particularly shameful and/or damning on FirstEnergy's part, but there's just simply too much. Paragraph after paragraph, the company's continuous efforts to bilk and deceive the public -- its customers -- are just insane. Read the article...you'll be amazed...and likely revolted.
