  8. To those of you pooh-poohing the idea that a sculpture made of LEGO bricks "isn't really art" or deserves to be destroyed because "it's only a toy," you couldn't be more wrong. It's a medium, just like clay or paint or steel. That it's simple and safe enough for kids to use without oversight doesn't diminish its legitimacy as an artistic medium.
