  1. Jared Garner I love my adjustable desk. When I got it, I thought I'd stand up 30-60 minutes a day. Now, a year in, I'm only sitting 30-60 minutes a day and standing the rest. And my back hasn't felt better in years.

  2. I've had a fully standing desk for 5 years. Perhaps only old age will drive me back to sitting.
