  4. Olivier Malinur Just taekwondo, although our school's form integrates elements from taekwondo, hapkido, karate, gumdo, and Kung Fu.

  5. OK. I did judo from 8 to 17, aikido from 16 to 22 and then 35 to 40. And kendo from 18 to 23.
    I loved kendo, I got the same exhilarating feeling in a kendo match than in a sprint, which I practiced as well at pretty high level.
