Her stance is clear: If you don't like the laws protecting LGBT or disabled kids, get your elected officials to change them, because she (as an appointee) isn't about to go out of her way to place any hardship on religious schools that receive vouchers (your and my tax dollars).

She purchased that cabinet position with tens of millions of dollars of political donations, all towards the goal of promoting Christian home schooling and alternative schools. It was a given that she would continue to do everything in her power to pursue those longstanding goals; it's the only reason she wanted the job.
