Thank you, Lego, for letting me simply tell you online which parts were missing from the boy's Christmas present and sending them to me,...
Harvest asteroids could be interesting. It could be in 3 phases: logistic preparation of the expedition, exploration and finally mining. Asteroids will be potato-shaped cards/dominoes shuffled and returned on the plateau. Or maybe on the table, inside one fence. We could even introduce some fancy electronic inside the tiles to measure the relative distance between the asteroids. No real time nor resources to think about it, but there is potential.
ReplyDeleteThe mine gems / craft jewelry is also interesting because it has phase. I like board game with phase: monopoly without houses/hotel and with for example.
Harvesting asteroids is pretty much how Space Engineers got started (but that's a video game as opposed to a tabletop game...).
ReplyDeleteHarvesting asteroids is something different and that's my vote. There are already too many zombie and candycrush jewel/gem games. Be original!!
