One of the largest, most comprehensive reports on climate change is due out soon. The group responsible for it has released a teaser report, and virtually everything in it is absolutely terrifying. At least it is if you're in touch with objective reality; if you're a political conservative primarily interested in maintaining the status quo, nothing in it will change your mind that everything's fine.

"A strong answer for climate-science-denying politicians." Anyone willing to be swayed by facts was convinced years ago. Lunatics like Inhofe won't be around forever, but Republicans keep finding more crazy people to take their place.
ReplyDeleteWith the Trump approval rating hitting record lows (the lowest for a President at this point in the term for the past 70 years), I appears the new car smell is shifting to a new odor for the entire GOP. I predict the main driver in shifting Climate Change concern will be the Insurance Industry.
