ReplyDeleteThat's.... humbling. I've been playing guitar for about 5 times longer than she's been alive, and she nails the drum part better than I can nail the guitar part.
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Not convinced. I mean, sure, she’s way better than me — but you’re not actually hearing her playing! Watch the sticks, she misses tons of fills and is off the beat repeatedly.
ReplyDeleteI love the joy on her face. I didn't know about "hit like a girl"; it's a great way to expand the list of things girls can see themselves doing. Drumming was Karen Carpenter's first passion, before singing.
