Now I'm bummed. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this show. Hayley Atwell is indeed the perfect Peggy Carter, and the whole show tended to have good writing, decent plots, and high production quality. Maybe Netflix will pick it up and run with it, since it's having such success with the comic book genre of late.

ReplyDeleteCraig Froehle It's already been announced that Hayley Atwell is the lead in a new ABC series. Agent Carter is dead. This also says that they've known for a while the show was dead since a new show wouldn't cast her unless she was free.

You can tell because they don't try bold or exciting things to keep viewers excited to tune in or keep supporting the show. They know they've got a job as the marvel TV show and don't have to try hard to keep the show going.
