  1. Holy crap, what does that retail for?!

  2. I'd guess $600-1000, based on the brick counts in the larger Creator series.

  3. Aaron Wood Peter Billing It's a little less than 10 cents per brick in the larger Creator sets, so my guess is $349-$399.

  4. I was thinking that, but the few sets I checked on were >$300 for 2000 bricks...

But I think this in awesome idea. I need to look at how stuff like this gets built so I can make things with Audrey. A lot of the structural building styles have changed a bunch since the robin-hood-esq sets of the 80s...

  5. Aaron Wood Big Ben is 4163 pieces and $249.99. Tower Bridge is 4295 pieces and $239.99. Sydney Opera House is 2989 pieces and $319.99, but it uses a lot of large pieces. I'm pretty confident Cinderella's Castle won't be over $400.

  7. Ah, but how much is the basement or home extension to put it all in? :)

  8. Craig Froehle - Wasn't arguing, was explaining where my bad math came from. ;) I think part of the issue is that the set in question that I checked first might be out of production (fire brigade). It's on a wishlist, so easy for me to find.

Math + bad data = bad answer

  9. Peter Billing That's an entirely different issue.

  11. Ezra: where do I find this and when are they doing a Haunted Mansion one?
