I do, however, chuckle at the symbolism in the photo -- a white man ascending literally on the backs of women and brown people. It's a reminder that not all the support we receive during our lives is totally voluntary.

It depends on how you define the word ”help”.
ReplyDeleteWhat I took from the picture is that they're all stupid for going rock climbing in sandals or barefoot rather than good sturdy shoes. Not sure what that says about me.
