.................and the hole and thinner ozone layer still exists down here in NZ........................ You can stay outdoors tops, 30 minutes with out some sort of sunscreen or protection...........you do not need to 'lay-out' to tan or burn you only need to be out...............
We are having a very cool summer too (which I love)..................meanwhile across the Tasman in Australia it is hotter then it has ever been.

jeff belli slack Yes. The effect's are more pronounced closer to the poles. The artic has been 20 degree's (f.) Warmer in past week.
