One of my favorite new sets from LEGO. The detail on this Modular 3-building set is just phenomenal.
Edit: Jamie Berard is the designer...no wonder it's amazing. Here's a walkthrough video: https://e.lego.com/pub/sf/ResponseForm?_ri_=X0Gzc2X%3DYQpglLjHJlTQGhDtnpzblP0gSzdd3BzbBFeJgLOXDcbcfj2LnVXMtX%3DYQpglLjHJlTQGpzdw4TMzdAzfCBupSJo0Mze2b5HJSbrB8daIO&_ei_=EgwAtKZY6xXLdFz_UP32dA8&dim0=2774865

Thank you, Lego, for letting me simply tell you online which parts were missing from the boy's Christmas present and sending them to me,...
Richard F. Stripe No idea why. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteIt is a really nice streets scape. Can't wait to add it to the collection.
ReplyDeleteDavid Brennan That's not correct. Rhymes with "Haley"
ReplyDeleteI've got it on order.
ReplyDeleteFor $300 it should come gold plated
ReplyDeleteAs a parent who raised three, your preaching to the choir. Have you ever been to one of the Legolands. The one in Chicago is spectacular with a full sized downtown Chicago, the White House, a wall mural with lights and so on. They have full figure legos that sit on park benches and a bi-plane suspended from the ceiling. Legos (last I knew) were only made in Sweden and imported which adds to their cost. Plastic is only part derived from oil (depends on the plastic). Try having to buy theme sets. You think that measly little town costs money; try buying your kids ever part of a theme set. I should have bought stock.
