The very first CD I ever bought (in 1987) was The Cars' Greatest Hits. For $0.99, you can get this whole compilation right now from Google Play Music. Not bad!

ReplyDeleteJust to be clear, this was NOT the first pre-recorded music I ever bought...just the first music on CD I'd ever bought. I already had LPs, 45s, and tapes (no 8-tracks, tho).
